I dealt with these folks when my step-daughters vehicle needed work and it was very pleasant. They helped in any way possible, kept us informed of their progress. It was a very hassle-free event. I would recommend them as a dealer with good post-sales skills.
PROS: Good communicators, very little difficulties with warranty items
CONS: Very, very busy at times

Took my car here and the initial cusomter serivce was a world-class 5 star rating. Received a quote and ended up going to another car dealership and their quote was almost 1/2 less than Bergstrom's quote. Even so, their place is extraordinary, pleasant and clean. Staff was very, very friendly.
